Humanitarian Trips: Fees
Trip cost: $3,000 (from SFO International Airport)
Application deadline: three months prior to your travel date.
Full payment is due two months prior to your travel date.
Included in your costs:
An airfare to and from Ukraine
Ground transportation in Ukraine (train and bus)
Accommodations in Ukraine*
All scheduled meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
Interpretation support
Travel insurance
Cultural program: sightseeing, excursions, etc.
Not included in your costs:
Passport
Visa
Excess baggage charges
Personal spending money
Meals and entertainment away from the group
* There are 2 types of accommodations you should expect while on this trip: living on a camp/orphanage territory and staying with the local family.
Accommodation specifics will be provided to those interested later.
