Humanitarian Trips: Requirements
If interested to take this journey, you will be required to:

  1. Fill out an APPLICATION FORM.
  2. Read and sign LIABILITY RELEASE FORM.
  3. Pay all appropriate FEES.
  4. Efficiently cooperate with US-Russia Global Exchange staff.

    ADDITIONAL TRIP INFORMATION
    - We need at least 6 people to participate in this trip.
    - All trip participants need a current passport. If you do not have a passport, please apply for one immediately.
    - All trip participants will also need a visa to enter
    Ukraine. We will help you to submit your application.
    - Please submit no later than three months prior to your trip date:
    a. Completed application
    b. Signed Liability Release Form
    c. $300 non-refundable deposit
    - The complete payment is due two months prior to your trip date
