• To be aware of and support the UOP philosophy
• To fill out and submit an Application Form
• To read and sign the General Release form
• To cover cost for the Orphans traveling roundtrip from Ukraine to USA. (Includes travel documents/visa fees, ground transportation, airfare, and medical insurance,) $1,900-2,300 depending on a location
• To complete an informal homestudy.
• To support the children while they are guest in your home.
• To submit a State-level Police Clearance Report.
• To attend a mandatory Seminar on Cultural Nuances of hosting foreign orphans.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS. Hosting can be available in any state given that there will be 4-5 families from the same area. Please contact us directly for details.

In order to confirm travel arrangements for the children, applications for the Winter hosting are due by October 1 and applications for the Summer hosting are due by April 1.

Please remember that all applications are processed on a first come, first served basis.
